RETURNS POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? (UK)
If there’s an issue with your order, you have 14 days from the fulfilment date to request a refund, and 28 days to request an exchange or store credit through our returns portal. All items must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please note:

We do not refund original shipping fees.

A £3.99 fee will be deducted to cover the cost of the returns label.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
For orders placed between 28th November and 24th December, we offer an extended returns window for the holiday period. Items purchased within these dates can be returned or exchanged up until 15th January.
To qualify, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns outside this period will follow our standard policy.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS? (UK)

EU/International Orders
For orders placed outside of the EU, customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping using a suitable courier service within their country. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will promptly issue a refund.
To facilitate a smooth refund process, please ensure you include our return form with your shipment, allowing us to accurately identify your order.
REFUNDS
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 7 days from the date of your delivery.
Please note - You must notify us of your return via our returns portal within 7 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund back to your original payment method. you then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
if returns are outside of our return window you will have the option to be refunded by gift card or have your original items sent back if they are still in stock.
When will i receive my refund?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 5 working days of it reaching our warehouse. you will receive an email letting you know we have received your parcel and will refund you back to your desired payment method.
Please keep your shipment receipt and tracking number so we can follow up with the carrier if it goes missing. It can take up to 7 working days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email customer@benirclothing.com so we can investigate this for you.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours
